- 1 Tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 Tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 Tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 Tsp ginger powder (or grated ginger)
Note
Apple cider vinegar toddy that boosts your metabolism !! Add a tsp of maple syrup or stevia to sweeten if needed. Best drunk hot or warm.
