Avocado Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados (ripe)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 Tsp salt
  • 1/2 Tsp pepper
  • 2 Pods garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp chili flakes

Directions

Boil eggs, peel and halve.
Roast garlic in the skillet by dry roasting it with skin for 4-6 minutes till skin turns brown/black. Scoop out the inside.
Scoop out avocado flesh. Add salt, pepper, chili flakes, roasted garlic and mix well.
Stuff eggs!
