Caramel Apple Parfaits with Greek Yogurt
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 Small Apple (chopped)
- 1 cup Agave Nectar
- 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 tablespoons Butter
Directions

| Put 1 cup agave nectar and 1 tbsp butter and whipping cream in a pan and slow cook for 10 minutes till mixture thickens for a rich, creamy caramel sauce. |

| Chop apples into small pieces. Heat 1 tbsp butter and lightly caramelize apples till lightly browned. |
|
| Layer greek yogurt with caramel and apples in a glass and top with whipped cream . Add a slice of apple pr an apple chip to decorate |
