Chicken Saag
Ingredients
- 2 Lbs boneless chicken
- 16oz frozen spinach (or 4 cups fresh spinach)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 Tsp garlic paste (or minced garlic)
- 1 Tsp ginger paste (or grated garlic)
- 1 Tsp cumin powder
- 1 Tsp chili flakes
- 1 Tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 Tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Directions

| Heat oil, add diced onions and sautee 2-3 minutes till soft and transparent. Add ginger garlic paste and saute another 2 minutes. |

| Add cumin powder, chili flake and saute another 2 minutes. Add chicken chunks and cook 10-12 minutes till chicken is cooked |

| Blend spinach to a smooth paste ( add water if needed) Add spinach paste to the chicken and simmer another 5-7 minutes. Add cream, garam masala and simmer 2 minutes. |
