Flourless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream (I used coconut cream)
  • 4 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
  • 4 Tbsp wholesome sugar (I used brown sugar)
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Tsp baking powder

Note

Use wholesome sweetener like stevia in place of sugar or use sugar and to make this a low carb, diabetic friendly  flourless cake.

Directions

Beat coconut cream till fluffy. Add eggs, cocoa, sugar, vanilla, baking powder and beat for 2-3 minutes till soft and fluffy
Divide the mixture between 2 mugs filling them halfway.
Microwave one mug at a time for 60-90 seconds pausing the microwave when you feel it may overflow.
Cool for a minute and eat warm right out of the mug or un-mold for a warm gooey treat.
