Grain Free Sesame Crackers

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup white sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup black sesame seeds
- 1 Tsp sea salt
- 2 Tbs coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
- 4 Tbs water
- 1 Tsp garlic powder (optional)
Note
make your own almond flour by blending almonds to a dry flour
Directions
Dissolve the sugar in the water and stir well | |
Combine almond flour, sesame seeds, and sea salt. Stir in sugar water and form a dough. Work with it using firm strokes to make it pliable and soft. | |
Form dough into mound. Roll dough into 1/2 inch thickness sheet. Cut out squares using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife | |
Heat oven to 300 Degree F. Bake crackers for 30- 40 minutes or until brown. Let crackers cool on a wire cooling rack. |
