Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup white sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup black sesame seeds
  • 1 Tsp sea salt
  • 2 Tbs coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 4 Tbs water
  • 1 Tsp garlic powder (optional)

Note

make your own almond flour by blending almonds to a dry flour

Directions

Dissolve the sugar in the water and stir well
Combine almond flour, sesame seeds, and sea salt. Stir in sugar water and form a dough. Work with it using firm strokes to make it pliable and soft.
Form dough into mound. Roll dough into 1/2 inch thickness sheet. Cut out squares using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife
Heat oven to 300 Degree F. Bake crackers for 30- 40 minutes or until brown. Let crackers cool on a wire cooling rack.
