Kiwi Apple Ginger lemonade

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Apple juice (juice from one apple)
- 1 Kiwi (peeled)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger (grated fine)
- 10fl oz seltzer water or sparkling water (unflavored)
Note
Use apple cider in place of fresh apple juice if desired. Add some fresh mint to add some extra flavor. Enjoy this guilt free low calorie lemonade which only has 40 calories and loads of good stuff !
Directions
Peel Kiwi, grate ginger, juice an apple | |
Blend everything together or just mash the kiwi into the apple juice. | |
Mix with 10 ounces seltzer water to make two servings | |
Serve cool ! |
