Ingredients

  • 4 Small apples (cored and sliced)
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 dates (chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup coconut flakes (fresh, dry or flakes ( sweetened or unsweetened) )
  • 1 Tsp cinnamon

An extra light apple crisp with dates & coconut ! Guilt free dessert that tastes crunchy soft ! This recipe is paleo friendly !

Directions

Core apples, cut into chunks. Chop up dates. Toss apple slices and dates with lemon, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Top with coconut flakes. Decorate with apple slices and dates and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Bake for 40 minutes for a more crisp treat !!
