Quinoa Falafels
Ingredients
- 2 Cups( 1 can) chickpeas
- 1/3 cup raw quinoa
- 1 Pod garlic (chopped)
- 1 Tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1 Tsp cumin
- 1 Tsp salt
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- oil to fry
- 1 Tbsp almond flour
Directions
Cook cook quinoa with 1 cup water for about 10 minutes till softly cooked | |
Mix cooked quinoa with chickpeas, almond flour, herbs and spices and form patties | |
Deep fry in oil for 2-3 minutes till deep brown. |
