Ingredients
- 8oz mushrooms
- 6-8oz almond milk
- 2 Cloves garlic
- 1 Tsp peppercorn
- 1/2 Tsp sea salt
- 1 sprig thyme
Note
For a warm soup cook it stove top for 6 -8 minutes or in a vitamix blender for 4 minutes . Soup can be enjoyed raw or warm.
Directions
Put cleaned mushroom in a blender. | |
Cover with almond milk. Add peppercorn, salt and fresh garlic. | |
Blend a few seconds till it becomes smooth. Add almond milk to make it thinner if you want. | |
Stir in fresh thyme or herbs of your choice and enjoy your creamy raw mushroom soup |
