Ingredients

  • 8oz mushrooms
  • 6-8oz almond milk
  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • 1 Tsp peppercorn
  • 1/2 Tsp sea salt
  • 1 sprig thyme

Note

For a warm soup cook it stove top for 6 -8 minutes  or in a vitamix blender for 4 minutes . Soup can be enjoyed raw or warm.

Directions

Put cleaned mushroom in a blender.
Cover with almond milk. Add peppercorn, salt and fresh garlic.
Blend a few seconds till it becomes smooth. Add almond milk to make it thinner if you want.
Stir in fresh thyme or herbs of your choice and enjoy your creamy raw mushroom soup
