Salmon Lettuce Wraps with Mango Salsa
Ingredients
- 8oz Salmon (about 1/2 lb)
- 8 Leaves Butter lettuce (or romaine lettuce)
- 2 Tsp salt (divided)
- 1 Tsp pepper
- 1 Tsp cumin
- 1 Tsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup mango (fresh or frozen cut into small pieces)
- 2 Cups tomatoes (diced)
- 1 Tbsp cilantro (chopped)
- 1/4 cup onion (diced)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 8oz Salmon

Cut salmon into 4 pieces. Mix 1 tsp salt, pepper, cumin, paprika and olive oil together ans smear over the salmon | |
