Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chick pea flour
- 2 Cups fresh spinach (chopped)
- 1 Small red onion (sliced)
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 Tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 Tsp chili
- 1 Tsp salt
- 2-3 Tbsp water
Note
Pakoras can also be deep fried for a minute or two in hot oil. Drain excess oil on a paper towel
Directions
Mix salt, cumin, chili with chick pea flour. Add water to make a thick paste | |
break cashew into small bits. Add cashew, sliced onion and spinach to the chick pea mix | |
Make small balls with the chickpea mix and place on a greased cookie sheet or baking tray | |
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Flip the pakoras and bake another 10 minutes till crisp |
