Stone Fruit Smoothie With White Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 Tea bag white tea (plain or any fruity flavor)
  • 1 peach (pitted)
  • 2 plums (pitted)
  • 4-5 cherries (pitted)
  • 1 nectarine (pitted)
  • 1/4 Tsp ginger (grated)
  • 2 Tsp coconut sugar or wholesome sweetner (optional)
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions

Steep tea bag and make one cup white tea. Chill in fridge for a few hours or freezer for 15 minutes.
Pitt all fruit and blend with grated ginger, coconut sugar, ice cubes and white tea till smooth.
