Ingredients
- 1 Tea bag white tea (or 1 tbsp loose white tea)
- 4-6 berries
- 1 Tsp honey (or sweetener of your choice ( optional))
- 1 Tsp lemon juice (or juice from quarter lemon)
Note
This white tea with a blend of berries and lemon will rev your metabolism and help burn fat !!
Directions
Steep tea bag in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Let it cool. Blend with berries and strain. Add lemon juice and honey if desired. Sip cool tea. Refrigerate for a cool iced tea. | |
Alternate method. Steep tea bag and berries in hot water for 3-4 minutes. Add lemon juice and honey. Drink warm. |
