Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 5 dates (optional)
- 3 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 Tbsp molasses or honey (optional)
- 1/2 cup Protein powder ( I used peanut butter protein powder
Note
Add dried cranberries, raisins other fruit for a sweet kick
Directions

| Pit dates. Chop into small pieces. |

| Mix all the dry ingredients except the coconut flakes with coconut oil and form into balls. |
|
| Roll in coconut flakes and refrigerate. |
