Sunflower Sesame Seed Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 5 dates (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 Tbsp molasses or honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Protein powder ( I used peanut butter protein powder

Note

Add dried cranberries, raisins other fruit for a sweet kick

Directions

Pit dates. Chop into small pieces.
Mix all the dry ingredients except the coconut flakes with coconut oil and form into balls.
Roll in coconut flakes and refrigerate.
