any suggestions on what to try as far as new diet plan for my daughter who suffers from severe allergies and asthma? i thought maybe if we tried changing our diet that would help. thats the only thing we havent tried. over the years we’ve done the medications and nothing ever seems to work. it really cause her to feel so bad.
thanks
Sorry, just saw this. I changed formats a couple of times and it must have disappeared. Go as close to natural as possible. Cut all preservatives, additives, junk food & artificial flavoring. Also cut out Gluten, dairy for awhile and see if it helps. Will put a post on Foods good for asthma soon. Feel free to contact me for any other questions!

Several of the recipes say use the entire fruit, skin, seeds etc.
Can you tell me what product to use to get the best benefit of this.
thanks
BB
The vitamix blender is a great way to pulverize all seeds, nuts and anything edible into a nice mush. I have used it for years now and give my kids a healthy smoothie everyday with all kinds of good stuff in it including flax seed. There are other cheaper blenders out there like the Ninja, Magic Bullet etc that you could also buy. It’s worth it !

Hi
Is was wondering what your views are on guest posts.?
If you are up for it, I can write one on a recipe, on how to boost ones metabolism, on my experience dieting with low fat, high fiber and protein.
