Broiled Grapefruit with Cinnamon Brown Sugar & Cayenne

Ingredients
- 1 pink grapefruit
- 1 Tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 Tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 Tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tsp coconut oil
- 1 scoop Greek yogurt or coconut cream (optional)
Directions
Cut grapefruit into half. | |
Mix all spices and sprinkle over grapefruit | |
smear coconut oil over grapefruit | |
broil for 10 minutes till nicely browned on top | |
Serve warm or with a scoop of Greek Yogurt or coconut cream |
