Ingredients
- 1 cup ripe papaya
- 2-3 Small guavas
- 1 sprig parsley
- 1 Tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 Tsp ginger
- 1 Tsp brown sugar or stevia or maple syrup (optional)
- 3-4 ice cubes (optional)
Note
Add a tsp of ground flax seed to get an additional boost of nutrition
