Roasted Chipotle Butternut Squash Fries
Ingredients
- 1 Medium butternut squash (peeled and cut into wedges)
- 1 Tsp paprika
- 1 Tsp cumin
- 1 Tsp pepper (I used lemon pepper)
- 2 Tsp sea salt
- 1 Tsp chipotle powder (or chili)
- 1 Tsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2-3 Tbsp olive oil
Directions

| Peel and cut butternut squash into wedges |
|
| Mix all the dry ingredients together and mix with lemon juice and oil |
|
| Smear the ingredients all over the wedges till they are evenly coated |
|
| Bake at 450 degrees F for 20 minutes till nicely roasted. |
|
| If you want crisp fries, broil for 5-7 minutes till fries get crisp on the outside |
