tandoori chicken wings

Ingredients

  • 4 Lbs chicken wings (about 30 small or 20 large wings)
  • 2 Tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup chilli sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 Tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 Tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tsp crushed garlic

Note

Use  any flour as you wish

Directions

Mix tandoori masala with 1 tsp salt and lemon juice. Marinate chicken wings in this mixture and refrigerate a few hours.
Make a dipping sauce by mixing ketchup, chilli sauce, honey, chili flakes, pepper and honey.
Lightly roll the wings in almond flour, dip in the sauce and place on a baking tray
Bake at 375 for about 40 to 50 minutes turning once in between . Baste with lemon juice and olive oil mixture if it gets too dry.
Turn up the heat to 400 for about 5 minutes to make the wings dry and get a nice glaze.
Serve warm with mint chutney or yogurt sauce
