Body Mass Index (BMI) is a relationship between weight and height that is associated with body fat and health risk. BMI correlates with the amount of body fat.

 This is an awesome Excercise Calculator. Just enter in your weight and time spent on your favorite activity and it will calculate calories burnt. remember to lose one lb of fat, you need to burn 3500 calories.
