Orange Mousse With Greek Yogurt #CookForJulia #SundaySupper

My Sunday Supper team  along with the rest of the world  is joining with PBS to celebrate Julia Child’s  100 birthday !  August 15, she would have turned 100. We celebrate this legendary culinary queen by cooking her fabulous recipes !! I flipped through her recipes and was instantly drawn to her Orange Mousse.  Perfect for a hot summer day ! I love that she uses fresh oranges and all natural ingredients. This is real mousse. Creamy, light, airy and  melt in mouth delish ! I substituted the whipping cream with greek yogurt. I am a huge fan of Greek yogurt and love  cooking with it.  It gave  the mousse a boost of calcium and tasted fabulous ! If you cannot get greek yogurt, just use regular heavy yogurt. I also used raw sugar to sweeten, but you can use agave nectar or stevia to sweeten if you want to make this diabetic friendly. Enjoy my ” Greek Yogurt ” version of Julia Child’s Orange Mousse !

Close up !! Check out the creamy goodness !

Family style !  Add some fruit !!
