It smells and tastes like cake but it’s bread ! The Gluten Free craze is steadily growing!  A lot of people who do not have celiac disease seem to prefer gluten-free foods.  Going  gluten free has become more popular since William Davis, MD; author of the bestselling book ‘Wheat Belly stated that it could be the root cause of weight gain. I myself fall into the category of folks who do not have celiac disease but like to eat gluten-free for the most part which is why I create a lot of gluten free recipes. To get the recipe for my wholesome yummy oat bread that is super easy to make, hop on over to the DC Ladies and read my post entitled ” Gluten Free Vegan Cranberry Oat Bread With Coconut Oil “ !! Go on, it’s yummy ! You don’t have to gluten-free to enjoy a slice of my oat bread bursting with goodness !
