These simple, yummy, scrumptious cookies are melt-in-the- mouth delish! and healthy too!! Just combine oats, mashed bananas and raisins and you have a Banana Oatmeal Raisin cookie – and you can pronounce all the ingredients too. I am super pleased that my youngest is showing an interest in food (I don’t mean just eating it)!! She likes to help with cooking, gives me prop ideas when I photograph food and has even taken to editing my pictures. Think I have food blogger in the making ! Oats have heart healthy lignans and fiber that lower cholesterol. Bananas are full of potassium and valuable vitamins. Raisins add some fiber and antioxidant power! Not bad for a little banana raisin cookie!
