Aloe Vera Benefits & Aloe Kiwi Mint Smoothie

This is my very first post in the A to Z Blogging challenge and  I am quite excited to be presenting a short and sweet post with the alphabet A. My first year participating and I am not quite sure I will  blog on every alphabet, but I will do my very best.  A fun way to come up with creative nutrition posts and recipes.
I got hooked on Aloe vera  a few years back when I read about the health benefits. I love Aloe vera juice and can drink it plain, but I find adding some additional ingredients to it in the form of a smoothie makes it delish and turns it into a super charged drink  nutritionally. Before I introduce my drink to you, just a few  pointers on the benefits of this super fruit.

I love fruit, and kiwi's one of my favorites. I don't think I've had aloe vera, though. Interesting idea to mix kiwi, spinach, and green grapes. This would be interesting to try. Thanks for sharing. 🙂

  7. Wow! I had no idea you could drink aloe vera! What does it taste like? Is it sweet or bitter or even have a taste?

Thanks for teaching me something new today!

  8. I love the Aloe Vera drinks it is sooo tast, I just moved from South Africa to The Netherlands, I have never seen Aloe Vera drinks in S.A. which is weird since South Africa is a big source of Aloe Vera but any way drinking it is a win-win situation.

  9. There is no evidence that text affects Page – Rank other than pages that have been spammed often have their Page – Rank reduced.
So you have a website, and you want to increase your traffic to sell your
product. Commenting on the high link PR: For high Page – Rank
link you need two things: success and the time when you decide to go
    this route.

  10. I have found that drinking a small amount of FLP aloe vera gel every day is a great help to keeping myself “regular” (so to speak). This shouldn’t be used as a cure or treatment for any disease, or the symptoms of any disease, but I’ve found it to be a good preventative maintenence technique for myself.

I bet you could add hemp protein powder, for a great smoothie.
