This is my very first post in the A to Z Blogging challenge and I am quite excited to be presenting a short and sweet post with the alphabet A. My first year participating and I am not quite sure I will blog on every alphabet, but I will do my very best. A fun way to come up with creative nutrition posts and recipes. I got hooked on Aloe vera a few years back when I read about the health benefits. I love Aloe vera juice and can drink it plain, but I find adding some additional ingredients to it in the form of a smoothie makes it delish and turns it into a super charged drink nutritionally. Before I introduce my drink to you, just a few pointers on the benefits of this super fruit.

Aloe vera juice blended with spinack, kiwi and green grapes makes the ultimate green smoothie !
- Aloe vera juice - 1 cup
- Spinach - 2 cups
- Kiwi - 2
- Green grapes - 1 cup
- Mint - 1/4 cup
- Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
- Stevia or Agave Nectar - 1 tsp
- Peel kiwi, wash spinach
- Blend all ingredients till smooth
- Add Stevia or agave nectar
